With more than 27 years’ experience in FMCG and Consumer recruitment and the last 15 years in Executive Search, Nikki has a loyal client base and a substantial network of talented and dynamic candidate contacts. Specialising in Senior leadership appointments, identifying high calibre talent to drive business growth/transformation both at a General Management level and across a number of disciplines including Marketing, Sales, Insight, Innovation, Revenue Growth Management, Category, Shopper Marketing.

NB Executive Search works closely with equally passionate, inspiring and trusted Associates to create a network of support which enhances every step of the recruitment journey from rigorous selection, to coaching and onboarding, enabling candidates to make the best possible start in their new role.

My early career began with nearly a decade in a major, global recruitment business. 

Following the arrival of my second child, I established my consultancy freelancing for some much-admired businesses in the world of recruitment before spending the next decade in a smaller business focussing on Executive Search. 

Exposure to so many different styles and skills has allowed me to build my own unique, personable style and lasting relationships. One of the things I love most about my chosen profession is the ability to connect talented and inspiring people together that has the potential to spiral into something amazing for all. 

Outside of work, whether it is sailing, hiking up a mountain or shivering by the side of the rugby pitch, I love making the most of the great outdoors with my family and our joint sense of adventure has taken us far and wide across the globe.
