Our specialism is providing support that really works. It is constructed to stick. Whether we have provided 121 coaching for a single leader, mentoring for a new line manager or put together a training programme for the whole organisation, I am proud to report that every client we have worked with invites us back because they get change and growth that they can see and quantify. We have experience in working with FTSE 100 corporates, multinational charities to family businesses. My own work has been referenced in the Sunday Telegraph, BBC Online and BBC 5 Live and I have written 2 books - It’s Not Bloody Rocket Science and a companion journal to simplify and make practical the psychology and neuroscience that has helped so many of my clients. I am often invited to speak at conferences or round table events to share my real-life experiences. I have worked across many sectors – retail, hospitality, manufacturing, law, pharmaceutical and publishing to name a few. I have worked with both individuals and teams, adapting what we do to suit Executives or newly appointed Apprentices and Graduates. Our down to earth approach blended with our experience and skill means we can flex our experience to support your business, whatever you do and however big or small you are. 

You and your people are in safe and experienced hands. We won’t blind you with science, psychology or business speak (even though we know a lot about all of those). We’ll just help you to identify quickly and honestly what you need to do. And then help you to do it.

Nadine Bristow

Psychometric Profiling 

Nadine specialises in leadership recruitment, coaching and team facilitation. She was awarded a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration for her research on the assessment and development of leadership capability. She is a qualified executive coach, holding BPS accreditation to apply a number of personality, ability and emotional intelligence diagnostic tools. 

Nadine offers a customised client package and suite of services for those wishing to ensure their senior appointments go as smoothly as possible, including:

·       Support with role profiling

·       Design of customised candidate assessment techniques

·       Application of psychometric testing such as EQi emotional intelligence Assessments, Hogan leadership suite and/or SHL ability tests. 

·       For critical appointments, a service to develop customised behavioural based interview questions for the panel is recommended, followed by a candidate debrief /coaching session of their headline results on the phone. 

All of these services can be provided electronically and remotely to enable continuous connectivity with candidates.
